The "Tip" Tract
The "TIP" tract was written by Dr. Blair for the purpose of witnessing to the waiter or waitress who serves you in a restaurant. It is the size of a business card and reads: "For your kind and efficient service, Thank You. I want you to know I sincerely appreciate it. Now perhaps I can be of service to you." Then there is a witness and on the reverse side, four verses beginning with Acts 16:31, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved." These tracts are available at the rate of $5.00 per hundred plus $1 Shipping & Handling.

NOTE: If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
U.S. Customers
We offer two ways in which you can order Dr. Blair's books and publications:
On-Line
Order on-line using your preferred Credit Card through PayPal. You will not be required to create a PayPal account to pay by Credit Card. To order on-line, simply click the "Add To Cart" button for each item you would like to order. This will add each item to your shopping cart. Once you have completed your shopping, verify the contents of your shopping cart, adjusting quantities as needed, then click "Checkout." PayPal will direct you through the remaining steps.
To order by mail, locate the items you would like to purchase. Once you have located the items, simply print the page on which the items appear, complete the form, and send the form along with your payment to:

If you are not able to print the page, simply write us a letter indicating the tape numbers or book titles that you would like to order and send that to us along with your payment.

North Carolina Residents: Sales tax will automatically be added to your on-line order. Please add 7.5% of your subtotal to your orders placed by mail.
Be sure to include your name and address so that we will know where to send your order once it has been processed.
Items ordered within the United States generally take about 1-4 weeks for delivery. International deliveries take about 6-8 weeks.
